Join our Data Infrastructure team at HubSpot to build and maintain data storage technologies, automate deployments, and improve client-side interaction with analysis tools. We're looking for talented software engineers to implement intelligent features that drive productivity and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience with performance characterization and use of vector search technologies
• Developing automation and is a power user of one or more of the above-mentioned data storage technologies
• Willingness and ability to work with the user base, in this case, other developers, to define and build tools that make the lives of application developers easier and their code less error-prone through automation
• Interested in working with and supporting infrastructure at scale
• Able to demonstrate pragmatic decision making and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data storage technologies across the product
• Automate deployments, configuration, and recoverability of data stores to efficiently scale storage systems
• Improve client-side interaction with the data stores with analysis tools and wrapper client interfaces

• Cash compensation range: 157600-236400 USD Annually
• Base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
