Senior Software Engineer - Java

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience in backend development
• Work effectively in an empowered environment, taking initiative to solve problems
• Enjoy working with a team using lean product development principles, making decisions, iterating, and learning
• Possess a strong desire to learn new things and improve skills

Responsibilities

• Develop backend solutions using Java/Kotlin and Spring framework
• Utilize PostgreSQL for database management
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins
• Monitor applications using DataDog
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including services like ElastiCache, MediaConvert, S3, and MSK
• Collaborate with the team using SAFe methodology, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GSuite
• Work with React (and Angular during migration) for frontend development

Preferred Qualifications

Full-stack experience is a plus
