Senior Software Engineer - RPA

Summary

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies as an RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Power Automate. Requirements

• BE (Computer Science / IT)
• 4 - 6 years, with four years in RPA based development with a focus on power automate and Automation Anywhere
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and best practices
• Experience in scripting languages and coding
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality automation solutions within established timelines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to understand and gather automation requirements
• Design, develop, and implement Automation Anywhere & Power Automate bots and workflows to automate business processes
• Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions into existing systems and processes
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions
• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Automation Anywhere & Power Automate
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
• Provide technical support and training to users
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Complete end to end unit and functional testing
• Work on Proof of concepts and present to customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
