Senior Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Cloudflare's Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organisation as a Solutions Engineer to help build a better Internet by providing technical sales support and ensuring customer success.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technology
• Curiosity to maintain and develop new knowledge
• 3-to-10 years of experience in the IT industry (early or mid-level experience)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong command of business English
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritise between competing demands
• Demonstrating empathy with customers and quickly identifying challenges and pain points they face
• Understanding of “how the internet works”
• Understanding of how customers make buying decisions, how to explain ROI

Responsibilities

• Aid customers and work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support to do so
• Work on technical sales support and ensure customer success through the entire organisation as you seek out and create scalable solutions for your customer’s needs
