Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SQL development and database management
• Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle databases
• Strong knowledge of writing complex SQL queries, procedures, and functions
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries
• Familiarity with database design principles and best practices
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and database designs
• Assist in database design, normalization, and data modeling activities
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality
• Ensure data integrity and security while complying with industry standards
• Stay updated with the latest SQL and database technologies and trends
