Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Social Security Disability system
- EDPNA certification a strong plus
- Medical records analysis and summarization experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex medical information

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial interviews with potential clients to determine eligibility for Social Security Disability benefits
- Explain the Social Security Disability process and set expectations for timeline and required medical documentation
- Collect detailed medical records, work history, and other supporting documentation from clients
- Understand and analyze medical evidence to build a strong case for disability approval
- Prepare and submit thorough disability applications to the Social Security Administration
- Build rapport with our clients through regular follow ups on application status and responding to requests for additional information
- Collaborate with doctors, healthcare providers, vocational experts, and others involved in the disability case
- Clearly explain decisions and next steps to clients throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, applications, denials, appeals, etc
