Senior Staff Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAFe and the Banking and Finance domain. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, recommending solutions to achieve organizational goals. Your responsibilities include eliciting stakeholder needs, facilitating communication, and aligning business needs with IT capabilities. Leverage your deep practical experience in business analysis within complex situations. You will develop deep knowledge of our platform and collaborate with product owners, architects, and leads. Proven experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison amongst stakeholders in order to understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization on large, high-risk, and complex projects
• Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
• Elicit and analyze the actual needs of the stakeholders, facilitate communication between organizational units, and play a central role in aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology, serving as a translator between these groups
• Utilize years of deep practical experience in the role, with repeated practice performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations
• Develop deep knowledge of our platform, dependencies on other systems, and influence our roadmap
• Act as a trusted adviser for our customers and turn business requirements into feature specifications
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the stories are comprehensive and well-formed
• Work closely with technology architects and leads to convert business requirements into technology solutions
• Experience working in large teams with excellent knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies, including JIRA & Confluence or equivalent tools
• Facilitate interactive sessions with business and technology teams
