Senior Staff Data Engineer

You will develop and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake on Azure, implement data models using Data Vault 2.0 methodologies, and design data products like dashboards and reports. You'll leverage scripting languages like Terraform and Python for automation and apply your knowledge of Data Mesh architecture. This role requires strong collaboration with business teams to understand and meet their data needs. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 7+ years of experience and expertise in Snowflake.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Experience with Snowflake on Azure

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake on Azure, ensuring data consistency and performance
• Implement data models, including Data Vault 2.0 methodologies (Dbt - Data Build Tool / Dvb - Data Vault Builder), to ensure scalable and efficient data architectures
• Design and build data products such as SQL data pipelines, Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and analytical reports to meet business requirements
• Use scripting languages like Terraform and Python to automate data workflows and infrastructure management
• Apply knowledge of Data Mesh architecture to help design and implement decentralized data products
• Ensure the efficiency and performance of data products, optimizing data pipelines and models for scalability
• Work independently with business teams to understand their data needs, translating requirements into actionable data products
