Requirements

  • Total Experience 10+ years
  • Expertise in Workday HCM Modules including Talent and Performance, Absence and Time Off, Recruiting, and Compensation (configuration and maintenance)
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday HCM Talent and Performance, Time Off, Recruiting, and Compensation modules
  • Strong understanding of Workday best practices, security policies, and compliance standards
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies in Workday implementations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workday Talent and Performance
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that workday Talent and Performance solutions are aligned with the overall IT strategy of the organization
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Understand the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
  • Map decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
  • Identify different solutions and be able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
  • Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
  • Write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
  • Review architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
  • Develop and design the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
  • Understand and relate technology integration scenarios and apply these learnings in projects
