Senior Staff Engineer - QA Automation

You will build and maintain automated test frameworks, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and conduct various types of testing. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define quality strategies and metrics. Debug and resolve complex QA issues, including those related to AI and LLMs. This role requires expertise in Python and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Python, Robot Framework) for APIs, UI, backend, and data pipelines
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct functional, performance, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams on quality strategies and success metrics
• Debug and resolve complex QA issues, including AI/LLM-related challenges
