Senior Staff Engineer-Technical Project Manager

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to successfully complete regulatory and client business product goals. This role requires a hybrid Agile & Waterfall approach, overseeing technical delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will manage project governance, executive presentations, and key performance indicators. Experience in end-to-end delivery and SDLC activities is crucial. This position demands strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, along with the ability to manage distributed teams effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management, change management, or process improvement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in E2E delivery and SDLC activities
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels and functions within an organization
• Experience with technology and engineering development activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Executive presentation skills and meeting facilitation experience
• Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery oversight and cross-functional team coordination for the Regulatory portfolio
• Facilitate discussions to align teams on program roadmaps, ensuring clear directional alignment
• Manage roadmaps, project schedules, and program deliverables using a hybrid Agile & Waterfall approach
• Track and manage budgets, including variance analysis and cost issue resolution against approved earmarks
• Develop detailed project schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports while tracking key milestones and adjusting plans as needed
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
• Manage E2E delivery and SDLC activities, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards
• Communicate major milestones and project progress throughout the Solutions Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Identify dependencies and risks, conduct regular status meetings, and manage prioritization across multiple projects
• Set and manage client expectations while escalating issues and managing change effectively
• Evaluate project impacts and risks, applying change control procedures and mitigation strategies
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations and stakeholder communications
• Manage the creation, tracking, and improvement of governance processes and documentation, serving as a champion of the client's EPMO Governance Methodology
• Partner with other project managers in the portfolio to share best practices and key project insights
