Requirements

• M.S degree in statistics or related fields
• Experience of statistical analysis in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
• Strong knowledge of statistical principals and clinical trial methodology
• Experience with SAS programming and statistical software such as R or Python
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical consulting to clients across various therapeutic areas and phases of development
• Develop statistical analysis plans and perform statistical analysis of clinical trial data
• Interpret statistical analysis results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study objectives are met
• Provide input into study protocols, CRFs, and statistical analysis plans
• Perform quality control of statistical deliverables and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
• Conduct simulation or modelling studies to support decision making
• Mentor junior team members and provide training on statistical methods
