Summary
Join Henry Schein One as a Pricing Analyst and contribute to new pricing strategies, profitability, and revenue for products. Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability; model the impact of pricing strategies; forecast revenue; collaborate with sales, product, and marketing on pricing strategies; manage pricing-related projects; and handle Deal Desk responsibilities. This remote position requires 4-6+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proven experience in pricing analysis, project management, and collaboration. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential. The salary range is $85,000-$92,000, plus a target bonus.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of applicable professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years experience as a pricing analyst
- Experience running and owning pricing projects
- Experience deep diving into understanding products and industry
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
- Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales, product, and marketing departments
- Ability to keep up-to-date on industry trends
- Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of industry practices
- Strong proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
- Strong planning/organizational skills and techniques
- Strong decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages
- Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, ability to build partnerships externally
- Good negotiating skills
- Resolve complex issues in effective ways
Responsibilities
- Contribute to new pricing strategies, profitability, and revenue for products within the business
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability
- Modeling potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability
- Forecasting revenue based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes
- Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies
- Managing projects related to improving pricing and pricing operations
- Deal Desk responsibilities
- Operational oversight on implementing pricing on new products
- Develop cost models on new products
