Summary

Join ROI·DNA as a Contractor, Senior Strategist, Media & ABX, from February 18, 2025, to July 25, 2025. You will work with clients to develop and communicate strategic priorities for business growth. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive strategy plans, managing client strategies, leading clients through strategy intake sessions, and using data to inform decisions. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of relevant experience in ABX and paid media strategy, experience with various paid media platforms, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in developing strategies for ABX and paid media strategy
  • Experience in using various paid media platforms and an understanding of how they all work together (e.g., Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Publisher Direct, Content Syndication, 6sense, TheTradeDesk)
  • The ability to connect the dots between paid media, campaign landing pages, email nurture campaigns, Drift/Qualified, 6sense, and the role content strategy plays in reaching the ideal customer profile
  • Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and accounts concurrently
  • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and also work independently

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive strategy plans. Following our methodology, create sophisticated paid media and ABX strategy plans while leveraging the expertise of our channel leads, which include programmatic, paid search, paid social, and media direct
  • Manage the day-to-day strategy of your assigned clients. Monitor, track, and report on engagement of assigned accounts and results across all programs and campaigns; lead strategy refresh recommendations based on analysis of results
  • Ability to be agile as each client's needs are unique. Lead new clients through Media Strategy Intake Sessions - goals, objectives, audience definitions, channel selection, creative and content review - to channel activation with analytics & data integration
  • Be data-driven and passionate about reading, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic business decisions. You rely on facts, metrics, and insights to guide strategy and are committed to using data as a foundation for impactful decision-making. Additionally, you excel at empowering others by teaching data literacy and have experience elevating teams through a data-informed mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • A combination of hands-on experience, training, and/or certification in: Account-based platforms: 6sense, 6sense Sales Intelligence, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, and Bombora
  • CRM: Salesforce
  • MAP: Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot
  • Personalization: PathFactory, Folloze, Mutiny
  • Conversational Email: 6sense Conversational Email, Qualified, Drift

Benefits

The anticipated compensation is $25-$75 per hour at 25-40 hours per week and is determined by skills, experience, qualifications, alignment with market data, as well as internal and external equity
