Summary

Join the Financial Accounting Squad and contribute to building high-scalable, secure, and cost-effective financial services. You will take ownership of code development, lead test strategy implementation, and participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvements, and ensure system stability and performance. Serve as a technical reference, promoting a culture of quality and continuous learning. This role requires significant experience with GoLang, AWS services, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will also possess familiarity with various architectural patterns and cloud cost optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at B1 level (Intermediate)
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with GoLang in production environments
  • Proven experience designing, architecting, and developing high-availability, high-throughput systems using Java and GoLang
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, S3, Step Functions, and Lambda, building cloud-native, event-driven systems
  • Strong background in microservices architecture, including cross-team governance and performance tuning
  • Experience with both relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) at scale
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) and Monitoring and observability tools
  • Deep testing expertise across: Unit tests, Integration tests, Contract tests, chaos testing in distributed systems

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of writing efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code that aligns with the technical direction defined by the team
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust test strategies, ensuring high coverage of business logic and system reliability
  • Actively contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle β€” from technical planning and design to hands-on coding, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Drive continuous improvements in existing codebases through in-depth code reviews, mentoring, and engineering excellence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evolve best practices, engineering standards, and development methodologies that maximize team efficiency and product quality
  • Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring, incident response, and participation in on-call rotations
  • Serve as a technical reference within the team, promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including: Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Codefresh, ArgoCD
  • Familiarity with architectural patterns, such as: CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation), Event Sourcing, Saga pattern for managing distributed transactions
  • Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies and application performance profiling
