Summary

The job is for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Android, focusing on building our behavioral data platform. Requirements

• Experience programming in C, C++, Rust or other systems languages
• Experience building an Android App at scale
• Understanding of Android internals, especially Compose and xml based layout rendering
• Experience building a Gradle plug-in
• Understanding of Kotlin/Java compilation

Responsibilities

• Craft privacy-focused, high-performance native libraries that help app developers create exceptional user experiences
• Reverse engineer Android systems to recreate user sessions while always prioritizing privacy
• Develop cross-platform code in Rust for shared components
• Optimize performance for both on-device operations and session replay
• Design support for new Android features like Jetpack Compose
• Innovate new ways to enhance our customers' digital experiences
• Mentor team members and contribute to timely product releases
