Summary
Join a leading financial services organization as a Senior Tax Manager in a hybrid work arrangement. Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities while enjoying the benefits of both in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in Taxation preferred, CPA or equivalent professional qualification required, 6-8 years of progressive experience in tax, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's tax function
- Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, estimated tax payments, and other tax-related filings
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position
- Provide technical tax advice on complex financial transactions and products
- Collaborate virtually and in-person with various departments to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on the organization
- Manage relationships with tax authorities, external auditors, and tax advisors through various communication channels
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in both remote and in-office settings
- Prepare and present tax-related reports and analyses for senior management
