Senior Technical Consultant

Summary

Requirements

• Show extensive experience with D365 CE as well as previous Dynamics CRM versions
• Possess solid knowledge of the application of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing
• Have strong development experience with Microsoft technologies including; .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS and Azure technologies
• Possess working knowledge of data migration methods
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of integration concepts
• Have experience in the range of typical delivery methodologies
• Possess strong communication skills
• Be an Australian Citizen
• Be able to achieve at least Australian Baseline clearance

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, enterprise-level outcomes for medium-to-large scale public and private sector organizations
• Conduct yourself in a commercially savvy and professional manner when engaging with customers
• Gather technical requirements, solution and produce quality technical designs, both within Dynamics 365 and in the wider context of integrated business platforms
• Manage your time effectively in a self-driven agile environment
• Be an active contributor in customer workshops
• Establish working rapport with business and technical customers

• Have Field Service, Power Apps Portal experience
