Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, ideally focused on developer platforms or APIs
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organisations; excited by solving complex problems and driving them through execution
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, with hands-on experience in API integration and design (REST vs. GraphQL)
- Familiarity with content modelling, federation concepts, and managing remote sources
- Comfortable with developer tools like Postman, curl, GraphQL Playground, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Good grasp of modern web architecture, including headless CMS, CDNs, caching strategies, and frontend-backend separation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach to prioritisation and decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce API tech limits for scalability, performance, and security
- Guide GraphQL schema design; read/write queries to support robust APIs
- Establish foundations for platform observability and monitoring
- Drive AI-powered API workflows via internal tools (e.g., AI Lab) and implement customer-facing AI functionalities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to deliver platform features
- Collect and analyze feedback to inform the roadmap and prioritize features
- Act as a technical advisor to internal teams, customers, and partners
- Provide guidance and project priorities for the Infrastructure team
- Stay current on industry trends to evolve the platform strategically
