Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in data product management, including MarTech or AdTech products
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies
  • Experience with data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, VPPA)
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of data products, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders
  • Oversee data infrastructure to support product performance and reliability
  • Co-Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize immediate and long-term backlog items
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with product strategy and business goals
  • Communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Document and optimize product development processes
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions and workflows
  • Communicate release notes and updates to internal teams, including customer success managers
  • Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and triage incoming support requests
  • Co-manage the QA team and oversee end-to-end testing processes to ensure product quality
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for product improvements
  • Handle monthly invoice processing and financial documentation related to data products
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from sales and studio teams to inform product planning and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
  • Experience leading remote teams in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
