Requirements

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and cloud-native application development
• Experience with EKS, EKS Anywhere, or other managed Kubernetes services is a plus
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in the context of orchestration is highly beneficial
• Relevant experience with networking concepts and technologies is also ideal
• Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape relevant to Smarsh's business

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for application orchestration
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including developers, operations teams, and business leaders
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the application orchestration space
• Drive adoption of the application orchestration platform, monitor key metrics, and iterate on the product to ensure customer success
