Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staff augmentation or outsourcing environment
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, including Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)
• Experience working with international teams and clients
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical professionals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive the best recruitment practices
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and talent availability across LATAM
