Requirements
- Demonstrate experience troubleshooting - DNS, IP Networking, Firewall, SMTP, HTTPS, Load Balancers, ActiveSync, Email Microsoft Server Technologies (Exchange ActiveSync, Active Directory, ISA/TMG, NDES, KDC)
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS & Android
- Cisco Certified Network Associate or Equivalent
- Knowledge of administering LDAP servers
- Database Experience -select & joint Β mySQL Queries
- Understanding of client-server architecture and Cloud Environments like Azure/Intune
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including VNet, private endpoints, and firewalls
- Experience at Core Java, JSP, Servlets and JDBC
- In-depth knowledge of OOPS concepts, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Collections concepts and File systems
- Public Key Encryption Infrastructure / SCEP
- Ability to communicate issues and recommendations clearly and concisely and build broad relationships with influencers to impact key business results
- Passion for improving the customer support experience and the product by collaborating with software developers to recommend feature improvements

- Receive and answer questions for direct customers and partners
- Act as customer advocate when reporting issues to engineering
- Closely work with other cross functional teams to have a best support experience for Ivanti customers
