Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience troubleshooting - DNS, IP Networking, Firewall, SMTP, HTTPS, Load Balancers, ActiveSync, Email Microsoft Server Technologies (Exchange ActiveSync, Active Directory, ISA/TMG, NDES, KDC)
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS & Android
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of administering LDAP servers
  • Database Experience -select & joint Β mySQL Queries
  • Understanding of client-server architecture and Cloud Environments like Azure/Intune
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts including VNet, private endpoints, and firewalls
  • Experience at Core Java, JSP, Servlets and JDBC
  • In-depth knowledge of OOPS concepts, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Collections concepts and File systems
  • Public Key Encryption Infrastructure / SCEP
  • Ability to communicate issues and recommendations clearly and concisely and build broad relationships with influencers to impact key business results
  • Passion for improving the customer support experience and the product by collaborating with software developers to recommend feature improvements

  • Receive and answer questions for direct customers and partners
  • Act as customer advocate when reporting issues to engineering
  • Closely work with other cross functional teams to have a best support experience for Ivanti customers
  • Troubleshoot issues
