Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth environment
- Are a trusted partner to hiring managers—skilled at aligning talent strategy with business goals
- Thrive on uncovering hard-to-find talent and building diverse pipelines
- You take a data driven approach in all aspects of the recruiting funnel

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- You will partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- You will proactively source for both technical and non-technical roles, primarily starting with our engineering and product organizations
- You will own and execute on creative outreach strategies that reflect our culture and values
- You will develop and execute on sourcing strategies to engage with high caliber talent
- You will use data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and advise the business accordingly
- You will provide a high touch candidate experience from source to close
- You will ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems
- You will collaborate with the broader Talent and People team to improve processes, enhance our candidate experience, and scale our hiring with quality
Preferred Qualifications
- You have recruiting experience in a consumer tech environment
- Have worked in early- or mid-stage startups and thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing settings
- Bring a network of top-tier technical talent and a reputation as a trusted, thoughtful sourcer
Benefits
- Hourly rate ranges (United States): CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $50 - $65 (USD)
- All other states in the US: $45 - $55 (USD)
