Summary
Join Europe's leading home appliance manufacturer and contribute to innovation and value creation. As a Technical Trainer, you will manage technical training, provide technical support for technicians and service partners, handle complaint resolution, and support the Gaggenau brand. You will also manage and maintain measuring instruments. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in home appliance repair or a similar technical field, along with excellent communication skills and English proficiency. Requirements
- Home appliance technician or similar technical qualification

Responsibilities
- Manage technical trainings (conducting trainings, documentation, knowledge management, technical support for technicians and service partners)
- Provide technical assistance in complaint handling
- Support the Gaggenau brand
- Handle and maintain measuring instruments
