Summary

Join Ivanti, a global leader in IT systems and security management, as an EMEA Enterprise Engineer. This role involves providing technical post-sales support to Ivanti customers, managing critical issues, and troubleshooting complex problems. You will be responsible for reproducing customer environments to identify root causes and resolving critical system down issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in troubleshooting data network level issues, and expertise in Microsoft Technologies.

Requirements

  • The individual must have a very strong technical background and be experienced in troubleshooting issues
  • Reproduce customer environments in order to root cause issues is key
  • Expert troubleshooting and reasoning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working on critical system down issues and escalations
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting data network level issues - IP Networking, DNS, Firewall, HTTPS, Load Balancers
  • Experience with Microsoft Technologies (LDAP, ActiveSync, Active Directory, ISA/TMG)
  • Experienced in dealing with PKI security
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Linux system administration
  • Database Experience - SQL Queries
  • Languages: English is required, any additional languages would be a bonus

Responsibilities

  • The main duty of the EMEA Enterprise engineer is to provide technical post-sales support to Ivanti customers
  • Managing critical issues is part of the day-to-day business
