Senior Trainer/Instructional System Designer

Summary

Join Trilogy Federal as a remote Sr. Trainer and lead the planning, creation, and execution of training programs for a large federal client. You will develop and deliver training materials using various methods, including virtual and in-person sessions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, an active VA PIV card, and 8+ years of relevant experience in training delivery and instructional design. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active VA PIV Card and the ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance
• 8+ total years of experience including relevant training delivery and instructional design experience
• Expertise in developing and leading virtual training sessions
• Familiarity with VHA patient portal or similar healthcare platforms
• Strong facilitation, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, including guides, videos, and e-learning modules
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions
• Collaborate with project teams to identify training needs
• Provide post-training support and address user queries
• Update training content based on feedback and system changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in 508 compliance and user centered design
• Experience in healthcare training settings
