Senior Tutor Training Specialist

Summary

Join the Rosetta Stone language tutoring team as a Senior Tutor Training Language Specialist and support the onboard and ongoing training of tutors across 24 languages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in multiple languages preferred
• 5+ years of experience in language instruction
• Ability to anticipate needs and act independently to deliver results, showing resourcefulness in tackling tasks and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in instructional design principles, with experience creating engaging and informative training materials
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for teaching and learning languages

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver comprehensive internal tutor training programs, ensuring high-quality instruction and adherence to Rosetta Stone’s methodology
• Facilitate onboarding process for new tutors
• Work closely with the language tutoring leadership team to offer coaching and support to tutors
• Demonstrate expertise in the quality assurance process, including delivering evaluations in a wide range of languages and leading meetings to calibrate quality assurance evaluations
• Extract, organize and communicate data related to tutoring performance and outcomes
• Deliver tutoring sessions for a diverse range of learners in all products offered by Rosetta Stone
• Assist in development of new tutoring lessons and materials
