Senior UI Designer

Summary

Ki Technologies is seeking a UI Designer with at least 4 years of experience in UI Design, specializing in Responsive Web Design, to join their team for a period of 3 months. The role involves designing interfaces, participating in co-creation sessions, and working closely with UX Writers and UX Designers.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience as a UI Designer (working based on the HCD), developing soft skills such as negotiation, flexibility, and versatility
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in UX-UI pairs or others, following agile methodologies exclusively
• Knowledge of information architecture
• Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools, with exclusive full knowledge in Figma
• Knowledge of heuristics and usability patterns
• Experience working with design libraries, Atomic Design, and Design System (creating components)
• Knowledge of mobile components and principles of design
• Experience in designing Apps and web responsive designs

Responsibilities

• Design interface keeping the user at the center, collaborating with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Participate in co-creation sessions of wireframes, design mockups, interactions, and deliverables of interface interactions
• Be an active part, along with the UX designer, of discovery, creation, prototyping, and testing processes
• Ensure good interaction practices, consistency, visual patterns, accessibility, etc
• Continuously research the market to identify trends and references that can inspire new functionalities benefiting our users
• Propose solutions and question more than just making 'screens
• Work very closely with UX Writer and UX Designer
• Generate navigable prototypes for testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with animation proposal tools, knowledge in After Effects / Principle
• Experience working in teams using methodologies and principles Agile, Lean UX, Sprint Design, Design Thinking
