Senior UIUX Designer

Summary

Join Apertum Online as a Senior UI/UX Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our leading sports betting website. You will lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers. Leveraging user-centered design methodologies, you will create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces. Your responsibilities include crafting design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. You will also work closely with developers to implement designs and conduct user testing to validate design decisions. Mentoring junior designers and advocating for the user's perspective are also key aspects of this role. This position requires extensive experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications and proficiency in Figma.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• 6+ years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
• Proficiency in Figma
• Have the ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Be a great team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Use user-centered design methodologies to ensure designs are intuitive, easy to use, and meet user needs
• Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions
• Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual language
• Work closely with developers and engineers to create appealing, user-friendly, and crisp UI assets to implement intuitive user experiences
• Work with stakeholders to conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Actively participates in discussions and proposes solutions
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Advocate for the user’s perspective throughout the product development process

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
