Senior UX Designer

Join our growing UX team as a Senior UX Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our web applications. Lead UI/UX design, collaborate with research and development teams, mentor junior designers, and advocate for user-centered design. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 4+ years experience in UX design with experience leading and executing on big and small for web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• A portfolio that is not just high-fidelity mock-ups; you show process, sketches, collaboration, reflection, and chicken scratch
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Familiarity with Agile development processes

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web applications
• Work with user research to collaborate on usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization
• Utilize automation tools and advanced UI techniques to enhance the efficiency and quality of design processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive
