Senior UX/UI Designer

Summary

Join CD PROJEKT RED as a Senior UX/UI Designer and contribute to the creation of captivating user experiences for our renowned game franchises. You will define functional requirements, design user interfaces for web applications and in-game elements, and collaborate with development and franchise design teams. This role requires proven experience in UX/UI design within the gaming industry, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in design tools. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid or full-time in-office work model, although remote work from within Europe may be possible for selected candidates. A relocation package is offered, including relocation assistance and Polish lessons. Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with at least 5+ years of experience, preferably within the gaming industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities in creating user-centric interfaces
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gamer communities and behaviors
• Candidates should include a portfolio in their application

Responsibilities

• Plan intuitive user flows and design user-friendly, visually appealing user interfaces across a wide variety of projects
• Work closely with dev teams implementing your designs, advise them and solve day-to-day challenges
• Collaborate with franchise design teams to ensure consistent brand identity between projects
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs to improve overall user satisfaction
