Senior UX/UI Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, interaction design, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven +4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Experience designing for Power BI
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design process and ensure alignment with user needs
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
• Design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on consistency, clarity, and branding
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that showcase final interface designs and transitions
• Create and maintain design guidelines, pattern libraries, and UI kits to ensure design consistency across different platforms and products
• Prepare and present design documentation to communicate design decisions and rationale effectively
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions
