Senior UX/UI Designer-Backoffice Specialist

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Variants, Auto Layout, and Dev Mode documentation
• Deep knowledge of Design System usage and extension (not creation from scratch)
• Experience using AI prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable, Figma Make) for rapid iterations
• Track record of improving internal tools (backoffice) or operational UIs through user-centric design
• Skilled in running UX Research remotely (interviews, usability testing, synthesis)
• High attention to detail, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver fully componentized Figma prototypes aligned with the Design System and ready for Dev Mode
• Integrate AI tools (Lovable, Figma Make) to speed up iterations and propose internal use cases
• Conduct interviews and tests with stakeholders to optimize flows and reduce internal process errors
• Collaborate with developers, documenting interaction logic, states, and validations in Figma
• Clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
