Summary

This fully remote position offers a visionary creator the chance to produce bold, professional video ads and branded content for major platforms like Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok. You will have the creative freedom to push our brand forward with impactful content. Responsibilities include developing, editing, and delivering professional video content, designing and animating motion graphics, collaborating with the marketing team, managing post-production workflows, and staying ahead of video trends. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience, advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, a strong portfolio, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar NLE and animation tools
- Strong portfolio of short-form ads, social videos, and branded motion graphics (please provide links)
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital video best practices
- Experience editing and delivering video content for paid ads and organic posts on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and web
- Proficient in color grading, audio mixing, and optimizing for multiple formats
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for testing new styles, effects, and creative approaches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and deliver professional video content for advertising campaigns, social platforms, and website use
- Design and animate advanced motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, animated logos, branded transitions, and special effects
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate ideas into visually compelling stories
- Manage the entire post-production workflow, from rough cut to final export, ensuring the highest quality standards
- Stay ahead of video trends, techniques, and platform requirements (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
- Optimize video assets for different formats and aspect ratios across all platforms
- Maintain organized project files, follow branding guidelines, and ensure consistency across all content
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, new video series, and content innovations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working remotely and using project management/collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus
