As a Senior Workfront Configuration Engineer, you will design, implement, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances, support Workfront Fusion integration, understand architecture requirements, and develop custom reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with the delivery team and clients, ensuring solutions are secure, measurable, usable, reliable, flexible, and scalable. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of experience in project management systems, and 1+ year of experience with Workfront Fusion. Advanced English is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 + Years of experience working in the design, implementation, and support of project management systems
- 1+ Years of experience working with Workfront Fusion
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances
- Support with Workfront Fusion integration needs
- Understand the architecture requirements to ensure the foundation is solid and appropriate sharing rules are in place
- Provide and be knowledgeable in 'best practices' in Workfront development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables
- Maintain and enhance existing Workfront instances, including updates, user management, and new feature rollouts
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows to meet user needs. Participate in requirement discussions to gain added insights from the customer’s needs
- Document and communicate the architecture strategy, and work with the execution team and project manager to establish timelines and schedules for implementation and measurement
- Collaborate with delivery team and the client regarding product definition, schedule, scope, and project-related decisions
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain features and applications of Workfront that will excite our client stakeholders
- Develop solutions that are Secure, Measurable, Usable, Reliable, Flexible, and Scalable. (SMURFS)
- Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team to plan sprints, expand stories into tasks, work on removing impediments, and execute at top velocity
- Stay current on Workfront platform updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AEM development is a plus
- Integrating Workfront with other Adobe Platforms from Adobe's ecosystem is a plus (AEM, AEP, Marketo, Adobe Firefly)
- Certifications are desired - Business Practitioner is possible, but better to have Developer or deeper ones
