Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer, preferably with multi-tenant SaaS Java applications
• Strong expertise in Java, JEE (web- / micro-profile) and related technologies such as JPA, JaxRS, JTA, etc
• Strong expertise in API development and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and tools
• Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with front end development
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the implementation of a complex multi-tenant Java application
• Oversee code reviews, technical roadmap, and enforce best practices for software development
• Apply industry standard best practices such as CI/CD pipelines and test automation
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers
• Ensure on-time delivery of product increments and adherence to quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Relevant certifications (Oracle Java, JEE, Spring)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects
• Excellent problem solving skills
