Senior/Lead Flutter Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 2 years of experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps
• 5 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in Android
• Experience of working in distributed global software development teams
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture
• Self-directed and challenge-driven: a high degree of self-motivation and a keen interest in autonomously addressing and solving complex problems, with a focus on innovative and effective solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: outstanding ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise, and productive interactions
• Strong command of English
• Coordinate with the team during core hours ( 8:00 to 11:00 am PT ), with occasional availability until 12:00 pm PT for critical matters

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy software using the Flutter framework and Dart language
• Integrate Flutter Modules in native Android Apps
• Develop user interface components and implement them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices
• Communicate with the product and engineering leads to ensure the successful implementation of business and project objectives
• Perform a code review of team members' commits and pull-requests
• Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes
