Senior/Principal Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 products or related crypto/blockchain products
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate trade-offs and prioritize product backlogs effectively
• Passion for web3 innovation , with a focus on design and user experience

Responsibilities

• Drive Ecosystem Expansion: Create and execute initiatives to increase adoption of the X Layer, targeting innovative projects and key contributors to foster growth
• Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build and strengthen connections with top Web3 talent, including developers, investors, and community leaders, to drive collaborative opportunities
• Empower Builders & Startups: Support teams developing on X Layer by offering guidance, resources, and networking opportunities to help them scale successfully
• Align Internal & External Efforts: Collaborate with BD, product, and growth teams to drive adoption, TVL, and active usage across institutional partners

Preferred Qualifications

Foundation experience expanding ecosystems is a plus
