Requirements

• At least 2 years of Staff / Lead experience
• Java & Spring are a must-have
• PostgreSQL
• ClickHouse
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (K8S) – nice to have

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Java development team focused on Quant Terminal and tools
• Oversee and support production environments, ensuring system stability and performance
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project planning, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization
• Overlook the development process, ensuring continuous improvements, managing bug fixes, and implementing new features
