Senior/Tech Lead Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong experience with React or Next.js
• Strong experience with Python/Django
• Experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience implementing and advocating for unit testing and continuous integration practices
• Demonstrated ability to architect complex features across the full stack
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
• Experience leading technical decisions within development teams
• Experience working on applications that communicate with an API
• Experience within an Agile software development team (SCRUM)

• Design and develop complex features
