Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic growth
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO, content structure, and keyword targeting
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth
- Develop recommendations for a structured SEO strategy that targets key audience segments
- Track and analyze SEO metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms
- Monitor and report on search trends and SEO performance, translating findings into actionable insights that guide content and technical strategies
- Audit and analyze websites to identify areas for improvement and make optimization recommendations for better search engine rankings, site structure, and user experience
- Partner closely with content teams to provide SEO recommendations that enhance organic success through keyword targeting, content structure, and internal linking
- Perform competitor analysis to identify content gaps and areas for improvement, using insights to refine our approach and boost competitive advantage
- Plan and analyse funnel campaigns across multiple channels to improve user journey and conversion rates
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends, tools, and practices, providing recommendations adjusting strategies to ensure competitiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and paid media teams, to analyze and provide recommendations for high-performance integrated marketing campaigns
- Work closely with web developers to ensure best practices in technical SEO, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, structured data markup, and crawlability
- Analyze and recommend effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic reach through partnerships, guest posts, and PR outreach
- Measure and analyse the return on investment from marketing campaigns and providing actionable insights
- Use historical data and trends to forecast future SEO performance and identify potential opportunities or challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
- Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or similar areas is a plus
- Experience with local SEO and providing recommendations for listings in Google My Business
