Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of writing experience in a relevant field
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Have the ability to conduct research and craft engaging, error-free content
  • Be proficient with Google Suite (e.g., Google Docs)
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Research and write compelling blog content that aligns with SEO best practices and reflects Ergeon’s values and expertise in residential construction
  • Identify opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and Clearscope reports, while optimizing existing blog posts to drive traffic and engagement
  • Work with editors and senior team members to ensure content quality, accuracy, and alignment with Ergeon’s services and regions
  • Meet deadlines, produce error-free work, and contribute to the blog’s ongoing success with thoughtful, value-adding content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Clearscope)
  • Be familiar with CMS platforms like Webflow
