Summary

Join Experian's Data Analytics Xcelerator Rotation Program, a 12-month program designed to fast-track your growth as a future technical leader. This program offers two 6-month rotations across business groups, providing hands-on experience with the latest technologies and mentorship from senior engineers and a career development coach. You'll gain visibility to senior leadership and focus on personalized growth. The program starts in June 2025 and is a permanent, home-based role in Costa Rica. The program is ideal for recent graduates with a BS or above in a relevant field and familiarity with project management or business analytics.

Requirements

• Graduated in December 2024 or April 2025 with a BS or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics or an equivalent field
• Familiarity with Project Management, Business Analytics or Service Management areas

Responsibilities

• Complete two 6-month, customized rotations across our business groups
• Get hands-on experience with the latest technical environments, programming languages, and development
• Receive 1:1 mentorship from Senior Engineers and a Career Development Coach
• Focus on personalized growth and development

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL
• Knowledge of credit analytics, consumer finance or consumer platforms
