Summary
Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, a leading ICT employer in Hungary, as a Service Manager PM/SM Dashboard and contribute to the BestFit4Digital program. You will support the EPIC owner, connecting business needs with technical demands and ensuring smooth execution of tasks. Collaborate closely with the Epic team and stakeholders, managing requirements, prioritizing tasks, and supporting testing and approval processes. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and experience in software development and service management. Requirements
- Possess a university degree, ideally with an IT specialization
- Have more than 3 years of experience in software development and/or service management as a project manager, product owner, or service manager
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of software engineering standards and experience in software requirements management
- Work in a structured and self-organized manner
- Possess the ability and motivation to work with an internal, virtual project team and in an agile approach
- Have strong communication skills to explain complex functional topics, including the ability to visualize information (e.g., using PowerPoint)
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and German
Responsibilities
- Collaborate strongly with the EPIC owner
- Manage and prioritize functional requirements towards the BestFit4Digital dashboard
- Support testing and approval proceedings within the agile software development cycle
- Manage DTAG internal application approval procedures
- Support Change and communication measures
- Perform IT service management including application support coordination/supplier steering
Preferred Qualifications
Have knowledge of DTAG internal application approval proceedings, especially PSA and with the workers' council
