ServiceNow Certified Developer/Lead

Summary

Join our team as a ServiceNow Certified Developer/Lead! This remote, independent contractor position requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and a deep understanding of ITSM modules and their interactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scripting, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, SSO-SAML, and ITSM integration. Knowledge of ITIL framework and various IT management processes is essential. This senior-level role demands expertise in web services, databases, and front-end technologies. The position is open to residents of Mexico and Colombia only.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow systems experience
• Proficiency in Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, SSO-SAML
• Thorough understanding of all interactions and touchpoints between functions and data in each ITSM ServiceNow module
• General knowledge of the ITIL framework
• Good understanding of Asset Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, IT Services, and Service Catalog Management ITIL Processes
• Knowledge of Transformation MAP, Scheduler, and connecting with other databases/instances
• Web service system integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Fundamental knowledge of Networking including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Angular JS (Jelly)
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS - UI Pages, Content Pages, Home Pages
• Residency in Mexico or Colombia

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications
• Integrate ITSM with other applications
• Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow applications
• Work with various web services and technologies
• Utilize SQL and databases
• Develop UI pages, content pages, and home pages using HTML and CSS
