ServiceNow FSM & S2P Specialist

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a ServiceNow expert based in Latin America and working remotely. You will configure and implement localization frameworks, FSM, and S2P solutions within ServiceNow. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and an active ServiceNow certification. Compensation ranges from $3,000 to $3,500 USD per month, and the position is for an independent contractor. The hiring process involves application review, interviews with GoFasti and the client, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, Localization Frameworks, and dynamic translation
• Must have an active ServiceNow certification
• Proven expertise in FSM (Field Service Management), and S2P (Source to Pay)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Ability to explain technical expertise clearly in relevant ServiceNow modules
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Full-time position (32 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Configure Localization Frameworks and implement dynamic translation solutions in ServiceNow
• Implement FSM (Field Service Management) solutions, ensuring efficient field service operations, workforce management, and service automation within ServiceNow
• Configure and optimize S2P (Source to Pay) processes, including procurement automation, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management
• Provide guidance on best practices for localization, translation setups, and module implementations
• Ensure seamless integration of localization solutions into client environments
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align them with technical solutions
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in teams of varying sizes is a plus
