Join NewRocket's UK team as a Solution Consultant (Pre-sales Engineer) and contribute to the company's EMEA sales success. Collaborate with the EMEA leadership team on solution strategies and work closely with account executives to secure new deals and opportunities. This role requires a unique blend of technical and sales skills to showcase NewRocket's expertise in the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for driving confidence in NewRocket's solutions, supporting sales teams in qualifying customer needs, and creating proposals and other essential documentation. The position involves demonstrating the product to prospects and existing customers, scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, and staying current on competitive analyses. This is an individual contributor role focused on achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work with our EMEA Account Executives to drive confidence in our solutions and secure new projects/ acquire new customers
- Support Sales teams in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Generates product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)
- Scopes and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
- Create proposals, SOWs, estimates, use cases, and functional requirements documents
- Respond to RFP/RFI/Tenders
- Stay current on competitive analyses and understands differentiators between the company and its competitors
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security
- In conjunction with Sales and Delivery, conduct transition briefings, communicates commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment
