Requirements
- Software engineer, technician, technologist or related Education Certificate
- Experience in development for other Platforms (Oracle, SAP, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Salesforce) or ITSM tools is preferred
- Experience working under ITIL framework. Certification preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Advanced JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 Skills
- Experience working in with USA companies
Responsibilities
- Develop new ServiceNow modules and web services to exchange data between ServiceNow and other technology systems using programming best practices
- Be responsible for requirement scoping, tool configuration, and solution development while working with top-notch ServiceNow experts
