Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably focused on ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
  • Design comprehensive training curricula covering various aspects of ServiceNow, including administration, development, and implementation
  • Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including instructor-led classes, webinars, and self-paced e-learning modules
  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences
  • Conduct hands-on workshops and simulations to reinforce learning and practical application of ServiceNow concepts
  • Customize training programs to align with specific organizational requirements and workflows

  • Serve as a resource for employees seeking assistance with ServiceNow-related questions or issues

Preferred Qualifications
